Winemaking Notes
Grapes were harvested at their peak flavour maturity from a single vineyard in the South Australian Limestone Coast wine region.
The juice was separated from skins, cold settled and carefully transported home to Clare before being fermented for 14 days.
A steady cool ferment ensures a focussed palate with maximum Pinot Grigio fruit expression.

It is a great wine just to enjoy on its own, as an aperitif or will pair well with a varied range of food, particularly with spicy dishes.
